Michiru Morishita (01-013)

| I assume that the timing on this card’s second ability allows it to get the +10/+10 bonus to deal the damage to a blocking or blocked character…I’ll have to check that. But having to put it into your trash to get the bonus…I’m not sure what’s up with that. Perhaps there’s some other KoiChoco cards that combo with this effect because I seem to recall another card with that ability as well. Difficult to call, but as of right now, it looks very weak. | |||

| There’s a lot going on with this card, but it all seems to err on the respectable side of the spectrum rather than try to do anything particularly spectacular. Really, I think this is a sad set of abilities on a 4-star rarity (the equivalent of Magic’s mythic rare). | |||

Satsuki Shinonome (01-062)
When this card approaches or blocks, choose 1 of your opponent’s characters. That character gets -10/-10 until end of turn. [Approach/Both]: {1} Draw 1 card. This card gets +10/+10 until end of turn. Types: School Uniform / Glasses |

| It’s always valuable to have an ability that you can dump your 1 source cards into for card draw. I think this will be stronger on defense so that you can choose the character you’re blocking for the -10/-10 target because you can’t guarantee that your opponent will cooperate and block with the character you want (or block at all for that matter). | |||

| One of those interesting little commons that seems to keep popping up every set as of late. Difficult to call just how good this card really might be. | |||

Chisato Sumiyoshi (01-005)

| The most important part of size bonuses is defense. Giving an AP bonus encourages attacking and helps ensure a trade with an opponent’s character (plus a nice card draw bonus), but no DP bonus means you need to make sure you’re trading a less valuable character for one of equally small value and that’s bound to come back to bite you later. | |||

| We haven’t seen the whole set just yet, so I can only speculate that the second ability has a deeper meaning than being a penalty that prevents you from ever being able to play this specific card in your main area ever again. | |||

| I’m not sure how the timing works on the second ability, but I’m guessing it gets to take advantage of the +10/+10 bonus and deal damage to an opponent’s character before it dies. A very annoying card that can take down something of much higher value if played correctly. | |||

| Very strong, useful card. I expect to see three or four copies of this card in every Girls und Panzer deck. The tactic is to either choose one of your characters that your opponent simply can’t block, one your opponent doesn’t want to block or choosing one of your junk characters with high AP and encouraging your opponent to trade one of his or her characters rather than take a point and allow you to draw a card. | |

You may play this card during your opponent’s main phase. When this card is put into your trash from the play area, return it to your hand. Types: Swimsuit / Way of the Tank |

| I really, REALLY wish I could play this card during my opponent’s approach phase too, so that I could have a recurring blocker. This is still a really good card that can pull double duty attacking and blocking over and over and if you decide you have something better to play instead, it returns to your hand to be used as source. | |||
